My journey into the world of mental health started with my own personal struggles. Along the way, I discovered hypnosis—and honestly, it changed everything for me. The results I saw in my own healing were so powerful that I felt inspired to dive deeper and study hypnosis myself. My background is in law. I’ve spent years working closely with people, listening to their stories, supporting them through tough situations, and helping them find solutions. That experience has become such a valuable part of the work I do now—it taught me the importance of empathy, presence, and really hearing someone. Now, I’m combining everything I’ve learned (and continue to learn!) to support others on their own healing paths. Whether it’s through hypnosis or just holding space for honest conversations, I’m here for it—and for you.
